Cowboy Charcoal announced its second finalist for the 2018 Fire & Ice Women’s Barbeque Series. Brooke Lewis and her team,The Shed BBQ, snagged the second Fire & Ice’s HOT PASS at Memphis in May in Memphis, Tennessee. As the highest scoring female pitmaster at the competition, Lewis was awarded a finalist spot to compete in the Fire & Ice Women’s Barbeque championship at the World Food Championships in Orange Beach, Alabama in November, $1,000 prize check and travel stipend.
