Favorite Recipe/Grilling Tips: My favorite recipe changes from time to time depending on what we're enjoying at the moment. Currently, one of our favorites is cilantro-lime steak tacos. In a bowl, I combine the juice from 2-3 limes, 3/4-1c WORCESTERSHIRE sauce, 3tbsp olive oil, and about 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. use this marinade over flank steak for at least 30 minutes prior to cooking (the longer the better). Sear the flank steak on each side, then set to the cool side of the grill to let it rise to the desired doneness (we like medium) and let the steak rest. While the steak is resting, heat up your shells and get all your preferred taco fixings ready to go! Slice the steak into thin strips, fill the shells, and enjoy!
